New Student Online Enrollment
After completing online enrollment at https://enroll.pylusd.org/air/ please bring all documents indicated below to the school office or email them to Noemi Perez, Tuffree's Registrar, at [email protected]. Enrollment cannot be completed until all documents are received.
- Two copies of the online enrollment confirmation document
- Copy of proof of address
- Copy of student’s proof of age (please bring original to office)
- Copy of parent’s current Photo Id (A government or non-government issued Photo ID)
- Copy of student’s current immunization record (proof of TDAP, if enrolling in 7th grade)
- Copy of student’s most recent report card from his or her previous school
- Copy of student’s most recent standardized test scores if available
- Copy of approved choice transfer if not living in Tuffree attendance area
- IEP or 504 plan (if applicable)
- Copy of McKinney Vento Form (if applicable)
- Court Documents (if applicable)
