Parents are asked to text or call our 24-hour ATTENDANCE LINE at (714) 202-6891 each day of the student’s absence. Be prepared to leave the student’s name and the reason for absence. If no phone call is received, the school will attempt to call to verify the absence. If the school has not made contact, the student must present a note indicating the reason for absence and the date(s) of absence, signed by a parent or guardian. If a student does not have a verified excused absence they will be marked with a temporary truancy. The student will have one day to clear the temporary truancy before it becomes a permanent truancy on the attendance record.
Se les pide a los padres que envíen un mensaje de texto o llamen a nuestra LÍNEA DE ASISTENCIA las 24 horas al (714) 202-6891 cada día de ausencia del estudiante. Esté preparado para dejar el nombre del estudiante y el motivo de la ausencia. Si no se recibe una llamada telefónica, la escuela intentará llamar para verificar la ausencia. Si la escuela no ha podido contactar a los padres, el estudiante debe presentar una nota que indique el motivo de la ausencia y la(s) fecha(s) de la ausencia, firmada por un padre o tutor. Si un estudiante no tiene una ausencia justificada verificada, se marcará con una ausencia temporal. El estudiante tendrá un día para aclarar el ausentismo temporal antes de que se convierta en un ausentismo permanente en el registro de asistencia.
