Independent Study Agreement

Short-Term Independent Study is an option for students who have planned absences of 3 days or more. If your student requires Independent Study, please complete this request at least two weeks prior to the extended absence. The student and guardian must apply for Short-Term Independent Study through their school of attendance. Please contact our front office if you have any questions, (714) 986-7480
