CAASPP
In January of 2014 California Education Code Section 60640 established the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP). This new system of assessments blends the new Smarter Balanced Assessments with the existing Science exams. It also includes a new test for students with disabilities known as the California Alternative Assessment.
